- Client Due Diligence measures applicable to all firms. Identifying, verifying beneficial owner. Using innovative technological means to verify identity
- Application of Simplified Due Diligence, situations and examples
- Application of Enhanced Due Diligence measures, specific cases always to be treated as higher risk.
- Monitoring the business relationship with the customer and keeping sufficient records to demonstrate to competent authority that the measures taken are adequate.
