- Learn general organizational requirements in relation to the safeguarding and administration of clients’ assets under Directive 87-01
- Learn specific requirements for CIFs holding clients’ money
- Learn specific requirements for CIFs holding clients’ financial instruments
- Learn new requirements of the MIFID2 in relation to Clients’ Assets rules
